My baby is ONE

Wow I can't believe a year has flown by already!!! Megan's birthday was last Thursday (2/11) and we had a pretty good day! Actually everything was great except that Megan got sick with a virus on her birthday :( But we had a family celebration that day with cake and all! Megan had a blast even though she didn't feel good!

Sunday we had her birthday blow out :) We had it at my parents house in Lone Star so that everyone could fit comfortably!!! Brian's family, my mom's family, stepmoms family, and dad's family! Talk about a pact house! It was great though!!! We had burgers, and baked beans, slaw, chips, and cake :)  Megan recieved alot of great gifts!!! She got a pool for the backyard, a slide, a four wheeler, a sandbox, some books, and TONS of really cute clothes!! She is all decked out for the spring and summer! I am so ready for it to warm up so she can wear her new clothes and play with her toys!  Her most favorite gifts were her red wagon and her rocking chair! She giggles, screams, and smiles when she is in them!!

I hope the next year of her life is as great as this year has been!!!

Changes...

Our little one is growing up sooo fast!!! She now has 7 teeth working on 8.  Also, she is walking WALKING! I can't believe she is already walking!!! It's so cute she looks like a little drunk wobbling everywhere! She is babbling all kinds of sounds and saying moma, daddy, baby all the time.  Her favorite word isnt actually a word, dagoon, she says it all the time bouncing up and down dagoon, dagoon, dagoon.  She now HATES baby food! Refuses to eat it! All she will eat is what we are eating.  We have started the transition to milk! Thank you lord no more formula after next week!  Megan has become a very determined child and accident prone like her mother.  She wants it her way when she wants it and thats final!  hahaha  The problem we are having now is sippy cups! We can not find one she likes or will use! All she will do is chew on the nipple of the sippy cup she will not hold it up.  Now she can hold her bottle but she sucks the air out until she gets the milk up to the top and does not want help! So we really need sippy cup suggestions!!! And the last part! My precious little baby will be ONE next Thursday! I can't believe its already been a year!! My how she has grown and my how much I am attached! I'd give her the world if I could!
